Antoine Dréan has more than 20 years of experience in private equity, notably as the founder of several innovative ventures.
Dréan began his career in an investment advisory firm specializing in distressed situations. He subsequently created an M&A boutique, which he sold to an American investment bank in 1990. Dréan founded Triago in 1992, which today stands as a global leader in private equity fundraising, secondary market and strategic solutions for general partners and limited partners. In 2007, Dréan established Mantra, an investment firm that is one of the world’s only specialists in listed private equity funds and non-traditional private equity funds. Launched in May 2012, Antoine’s latest venture, Palico, is the world’s first online regulated private equity fund marketplace covering fundraising, co-investment, and secondary opportunities.
Dréan earned an MBA from the Wharton School in 1992 and is a member of the Wharton Executive Board for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
