Between 1990 and 2008, Veronique Morali served as Director and Chief Operating Officer of FIMALAC, an Internationally listed company, operating in financial services through its subsidiary FITCH RATINGS, one of the three major rating agencies. In 2008, she became president of FIMALAC DEVELOPMENT (in charge of Fimalac diversifications).
In addition, Veronique recently joined the boards of COMPAGNIE EDMOND DE ROTHSCHILD (private bank and financial institution), COCA-COLA ENTREPRISES Inc. (Atlanta), and PUBLICIS GROUP. Veronique previously served as Non-Executive Director of TESCO PLC and a member of the “CONSEIL DES MARCHÉS FINANCIERS” (which was merged in 2003 to create the “AUTORITÉ DES MARCHÉS FINANCIERS”, similar to the UK Financial Services Authority), as well as having served as a Director of EIFFAGE, CLUB MÉDITERRANÉE and VALEO.
Veronique is the founding Chairman of Force Femmes, a charity aiming to facilitate the re-employment and entrepreneurship of women, particularly in the 45+ age group. She is also on the chairman of the Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society. Véronique is co-chair of the Paris Women Corporate Directors Chapter, the only global membership organization and community of Women Corporate Directors.
Veronique graduated from Ecole Nationale des Sciences Politiques (Sciences Po) and Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA), having previously obtained a business degree and a Master of Law from ESCP. She was made Officier de l’Ordre du Mérite and Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur in 2010 and 2004 respectively.
