Based in Paris, Beatrice Ballini conducts global assignments for prestigious clients in the luxury, retail and fashion industries, working with world-renowned fashion clients, upscale chains and department stores.
Beatrice has worked on numerous CEO searches over the last ten years as well as developing external succession plans for clients.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1997, Beatrice was Managing Director with a prominent manufacturer of men's clothing in Milan, where she assisted with the company's strategic growth. Previously, she spent four years with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York as Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions. Earlier, Beatrice was with Bain & Co. for four years, first in London as a consultant and later as a manager in Boston. Her wide range of retail experience includes managing both a dedicated retail operation and a supply chain.
Beatrice is a member of the Italian Association of Engineers, and Treasurer of the Golf Club Courmayeur. She is a teacher at Sciences Po, Master in Marketing, "Economics of Luxury."
Beatrice received her LAUREA degree in chemical engineering from Milan Polytechnic and her M.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She received her M.B.A. from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management, where she was awarded the Brooks Prize. She is fluent in Italian, French and English.
